Twice As Nice Sale

 Twice a year, Birmingham Area Mothers of Multiples (BAMOM) sponsors a fantastic sale, where we offer gently used and  in-season infant, children, juniors, maternity, and adult clothing and shoes, baby equipment, toys, housewares, baby and household furniture, and much more.  Our sales are located at the Zamora Temple in Irondale and are held in February and August.  Some of the features of our spring sale in February include spring and summer clothing, Easter wear, bathing suits, and other specialty clothing, while the features of our fall sale include Halloween and Christmas wear, jackets and coats, and fall and winter clothing.  Typically, we have over 120 BAMOM members participate in each sale, so there is always a wide variety of items available for purchase.

We operate our sale on a cash-only basis for the public.  There is an ATM on-site for your convenience.  Non-members may shop our private sale on Friday from 6 to 9 P.M. ONLY WITH AN INVITATION and by paying a $2 cover charge.  We open to the general public on Saturday, from 7:30 A.M. until 1 P.M. with no cover charge.  On Saturday from 11 A.M. to 1 P.M., items marked with an asterisk (*) are sold at half-price.

Directions to the Zamora Temple:

3521 Ratliff Road, Irondale, AL

From I-459 Exit 27, go west (459 North turn Left/459 South turn right at end of ramp).

First right onto Grantswood Road, travel approximately 1.5 miles.

At stop sign, turn right onto Ratliff Road.

Turn right at the Zamora Shrine entrance.

(We STRICTLY enforce that no children, strollers, bags, or baskets be permitted inside sale area.  We will provide shopping bags for your convenience.)

4:00 P.M.       Pregnant BAMOM Members and one assistant (Spouse or member’s parent)

4:30 P.M.       BAMOM Members and/or Spouse

5:00 P.M.       Sister Clubs

6:00 P.M.       Guests with an invitation (must pay $2 cover charge)

9:00 P.M.       Shopping ends

*BAMOM Members must have current membership status prior to entering the sale.

Saturday, February 27, 2010 – Public Sale

(Again, no large bags or baskets will be permitted inside the sale area.)

11:00 A.M.     Half off sale of all items marked with an asterisk (*) begins

*Jefferson County Sheriffs will be present throughout the sale.*
